The 33 students from the first batches of Jamiah Al Hind, who completed their three – year degree course were honoured and granted the Al-Hikami degree. Jamia Chairman PN Abdul Latheef Madani presided over the function. Director Faisal Puthupurambu delivered the keynote address. Chairman PN Madani announced that the area where Jamia stands will be named Wadi Al Hikma (Knowledge Valley).
